“Wi-Fi Symbol” blinking occasionally and &“AP/CAP” lights is OFF (“PWR” and “ETH” ON)
This may mean
- the Wi-Fi Transmitter is not switched on; or
- The Wi-Fi Receiver/Transmitter are out of range
To resolve option a: please refer to GreenFlux Help and select Wi-Fi Bridge Transmitter Lights not all on/Flickering help to check that Wi-Fi Transmitter is ON.
When Wi-Fi Transmitter is powered and its “ETH” light is ON: If this does not fix the problem (both Transmitter & Receiver should now have “Wi-Fi Symbol”&“AP/CAP” lights flashing rapidly) this may mean that the Wi-Fi Transmitter/Receiver are out of range (option b above) please contact Electric Nation by phoning 0330 390 0455 saying:
- What your charger number is (this is on a label on the side of your charger)
- Or your name and address, and
- Say that your Wi-Fi Receiver/Transmitter are not pairing (and “Wi-Fi Symbol” blinking occasionally and &“AP/CAP” lights is OFF on both units)
