“PWR” light OFF (No other lights showing either)
Power supply is off or not connected.
- Check power supply is plugged in and switched on (or check USB cable is fitted to back of home broadband Internet router/box)
- Check power supply cable is connected to Wi-Fi Receiver
If this doesn’t fix it, please contact Electric Nation by phoning 0330 390 0455 saying:
- What your charger number is (this is on a label on the side of your charger)
- Or your name and address, and
- That you think your Wi-Fi Receiver power supply is faulty.
