Are your Wi-Fi bridge units a Matched-Pair?

There should be labels on the back of the Internet Gateway Transmitter and Receiver

The Batch No. should be the same on each

If not please contact Electric Nation by phoning 0330 390 0455 saying:

• What your charger number is (this is on a label on the side of your charger)
• Or your name and address, and
• Say that your Wi-Fi Receiver/Transmitter are not the same batch number.
