Will I be able to choose which energy supplier group I’m assigned to?

We will endeavour to match participants with their preferred energy supplier partner on the project if at all possible, however, to join the project participants accept that CrowdCharge will have the decision about which energy supplier participants are assigned to.

Please note

This is an innovation trial, with super new kit, so we are looking for participants to work with us on trialling and imitating the future electrification of our homes and impact on the local electricity network. There may be some bumps in the road, but that’s why we do these trials.
These FAQs are subject to change at any point throughout the project. As project lead, CrowdCharge is able to amend, retract and update any aspects of the customer trial at any point. If any significant changes to the project take place, we will inform you.
