We will be aiming to install all of the telematics devices before August 2021. We will be in contact with participants in May and June to give you some more information on the installation. Levl (the company installing the devices) will then be in contact with you directly to arrange an installation date.
Telematics device installers have in place Covid-19 secure processes. This will be shared with each participant.
It is a project requirement to have a telematics device installed for the duration of the customer trial. This will be removed by the project at the conclusion of the trial.
