When does the project’s customer trial officially start?

1st June 2021 – The official participant trial starts, and you will begin earning rewards as detailed in your Energy Proposition Information Document.

Please note

This was an innovation trial, with super new kit, so we were looking for participants to work with us on trialling and imitating the future electrification of our homes and impact on the local electricity network. There may have been some bumps in the road, but that’s why we do these trials.
These FAQs are subject to change at any point. As project lead, CrowdCharge is able to amend, retract and update any aspects of the customer trial at any point.
