What is the minimum amount of time I need to participate in the trial?

The trial ends in June 2022. You would be expected to participate until the end of the trial. If you leave before the end of the trial, you will be asked to pay an early exit fee and the charger will be uninstalled. The exact amount will be calculated according to the length of time that you participated in the trial and is outlined in the exit fees.

This was an innovation trial, with super new kit, so we were looking for participants to work with us on trialling and imitating the future electrification of our homes and impact on the local electricity network. There may have been some bumps in the road, but that’s why we do these trials.
These FAQs are subject to change at any point. As project lead, CrowdCharge is able to amend, retract and update any aspects of the customer trial at any point.
