If I have an energy bill issue, do I come to CrowdCharge or the project supplier?

We would like you to come to us with any issues you are experiencing across the trial. Whether it be a charger fault, or an energy bill issue, coming to us first will ensure your issue is sorted int a timely and effective manner. We will send over any relevant information to your energy supplier and they may contact you directly, or the information will come back through CrowdCharge.
