How will I claim my rewards when the trial starts?

CrowdCharge will automatically process your rewards if you complete at least 15 full (18:00-05:00) plug-ins per month as outlined in the Project information document and most recently your proposition information document. You will receive a Monthly Charging Summary email that will detail:

• Number of charge cycles
• How much energy (kWh) you have imported and exported (if applicable) from your car
• Total cost of charge cycles for the month
• How many charge cycles were compliant with the required plug in parameters (and therefore, if you will be receiving the monthly reward)

CrowdCharge will process reward vouchers (if applicable to your proposition) on a quarterly basis, with the first eligible payments being made in the first week in September 2021 (3-months after 1^st June 2021).
